Lotus has joined the Food-to-Energy (F2E) Program!
F2E is a partnership between Marin Sanitary Service (MSS) and the Central Marin Sanitation Agency (CMSA) that collects and converts commercial food scraps into renewable energy.
CMSA anaerobic digesters use microbes to transform food waste into biogas. We at the Lotus Family of Restaurants are proud of our participation in this project that helps to reduce the need for fossil fuels.
