In 2017 there are so many third-party delivery services that bring tasty Lotus Cuisine dishes to your doorstep: Eat 24, GrubHub, Seamless, UberEats, EatStreet, DoorDash…
Sounds great? Not exactly. Did you know that none one of these companies has a contract with our restaurant? Not one of them cares as much about quality control as we do. And not one of them will help you select the right food and portions for your appetite.
It gets worse. We regularly get negative reviews online about these delivery services but we have ZERO control over them. They don’t even ask us if then can deliver our food. And did we mention that they are all expensive?
When you order from such a thrid party you are not a customer of Lotus, you are their customer.
We would much rather you ordered from us directly, by phone, by website or mobile app. You’ll have to come in and pick up the food but you’ll get the best service and our full attention to quality as you do when you eat at Lotus!
