Avoid food allergens to prevent serious health consequences. There is no cure for food allergies. Recognition and management of allergic reactions are very important. Major food allergens are Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Nuts, Wheat and Soy.

The Lotus Family of Restaurants believes that you have the right to know what’s in your food. We support labeling GMO products as such.
Here at Lotus we are on a mission to eliminate genetically modified ingredients from our dishes. That’s not easy to do when many are not labeled as such. We’ve been changing our ingredients and switching to suppliers that offer us Non-GMO food products.
